Terms & Conditions of purchase: Returns, Taxes and Customs Charges

CANCELLATIONS

  • Please note that we do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

  • Products available for pre-order will be dispatched according to the specified date indicated on the product page. 
  • Pre-order items cannot be cancelled except in cases initiated by Tokyo Foxtrot.
  • Whenever possible, we will strive to ship items promptly as they become available.
  • Anticipate the shipment of your item by the committed date, we will make every effort to deliver it to you ahead of schedule whenever possible.
  • If there is any change to your expected pre order date, we will notify you immediately via email. 

    RETURNS POLICIES

    • To seek a refund for your item, customers are required to ship it back to Tokyo Foxtrot within 10 days of delivery. After shipping the item, please email us at info@tokyofoxtrot.com with your return tracking number.

    • Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping; we recommend all customers to use a tracked service. We are unable to accept returns that are lost and cannot accept responsibility for items that are not trackable. 

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    • Returns will be thoroughly inspected and will not be accepted if the item is worn, or showing any signs of wear (including makeup, tan, sweat, any body odour or deodorant).

    • All orders are issued intact with return tags, if these tags are removed, the item is ineligible for a return.

    • Once your item has passed our returns inspection, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.

    • Orders seeking a refund are subject to a $4.95(AUD) restocking fee.

      EXCHANGES

      • To exchange an item, customers are required to ship it back to Tokyo Foxtrot within 10 days of delivery.
        After shipping the item, please email us at info@tokyofoxtrot.com with your return tracking number.

      • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

      • Returns will be thoroughly inspected and will not be accepted if the item is worn, or showing any signs of wear (including makeup, tan, sweat, any body odour or deodorant).

      • All orders are issued intact with tags, if these tags are removed, the item is ineligible for a return. 

      • Once we accept the return, we will send your exchanged item, subject to stock availability. If the item is not available, we can issue store credit instead.

      RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY

      • We do not offer refunds or order cancellations for purchases made using Afterpay.  Returns with AfterPay/Clearpay are issued in the form of store credit 

      DAMAGES AND ISSUES

      • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

      EXCEPTIONS/NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

      •  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

        REFUND PROCESSING

        • We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
        • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
        • Please be mindful that it can take some time for your financial institution to process and release funds back to you.
        • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@tokyofoxtrot.com.

        CUSTOMS CHARGES

        CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT. TOKYO FOXTROT PTY LTD is not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs charges that may occur.
        • Customers outside of Australia may need to pay duties and taxes on their order

        • Any customs and duties taxes which may be incurred are not the responsibility of Tokyo Foxtrot. We are unable to advise what they might amount to; as they vary depending on location.

        • You are responsible for paying any taxes or duties applicable to your order.  Please make sure you contact your local customs office to find out more if you have any concerns.

        • If you refuse this charge, the parcel will be returned to Tokyo Foxtrot. If this occurs, please note that the initial shipping and return shipping costs will be forfeited from and potential refund. Customers are responsible for the return costs of parcels 

        • Completing your purchase indicates your acknowledgement and awareness of these responsibilities. Understanding and acknowledgement of these conditions are mandatory upon checkout. 

        Accessing and making purchases through this site indicates that you are aware of; and accept the following terms and conditions. Tokyo Foxtrot Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel and/or refund any orders as deemed appropriate, on a case-by-case basis.
