Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to notify us and to dispatch a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original condition and packaging.
Your order will come intact with a manual returns form, please fill this out and return the order to us.
Please ensure your completed returns card is enclosed in your return; we are unable to take responsibility for orders that missing this information to be identified and processed.
Returns will be thoroughly inspected and will not be accepted if the item is worn, or showing any signs of wear (including exposure to dust/dirt, pet hair, tan, sweat, any body odour or deodorant).
All orders are issued intact with product tags, if these tags are removed, the item is ineligible for a return.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping; we recommend all customers to use a tracked service. We are unable to accept returns that are lost and cannot accept responsibility for items that are not trackable.

REFUNDS
To seek a refund for your item, customers are required to ship it back to Tokyo Foxtrot within 10 days of delivery. Please ensure you include a completed returns form as we are unable to accept responsibility for orders that cannot be identified.

RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY
We do not offer refunds for orders made through Afterpay. Exchanges or Store Credit is available should you need to return your item. Returns administered with AfterPay/Clearpay are issued in the form of store credit
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, customers are required to ship it back to Tokyo Foxtrot within 10 days of delivery.
After shipping the item, please email us at info@tokyofoxtrot.com with your return tracking number.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Returns will be thoroughly inspected and will not be accepted if the item is worn, or showing any signs of wear (including makeup, tan, sweat, any body odour or deodorant).
All orders are issued intact with return tags, if these tags are removed, the item is ineligible for a return.
Once we accept the return, we will send your exchanged item, subject to stock availability. If the item is not available, we can issue store credit instead.
Orders seeking an exchange or store credit are not subject to restocking fee's.
RETURNS ON SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
We do not offer refunds on sales/ promotions and items that are marked as non-refundable .
Exchange or Store Credit is available should you need to return your non-refundable item.
Purchases on full price items using a subscriber welcome code are subject to standard return policies are are not considered as 'sale' items.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT. TOKYO FOXTROT PTY LTD is not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs charges that may occur.
Any customs and duties taxes which may be incurred are not the responsibility of Tokyo Foxtrot. We are unable to advise what they might amount to; as they vary depending on location.
You are responsible for paying any taxes or duties applicable to your order. Please make sure you contact your local customs office to find out more if you have any concerns.
If you refuse this charge, the parcel will be returned to Tokyo Foxtrot. If this occurs, please note that the initial shipping and return shipping costs will be forfeited from and potential refund. Customers are responsible for the return costs of parcels.
Completing your purchase indicates your acknowledgement and awareness of these responsibilities. Understanding and acknowledgement of these conditions are mandatory upon checkout.
EXCEPTIONS/NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/promotional items or gift cards.
REFUND PROCESSING
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
