- We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original condition (including the garment bag) .
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and must use a tracked service.
- A restocking fee applies for returns seeking a refund. There is no fee for exchanges or store credits.
- Items purchased with Afterpay/Clearpay are only eligible for store credit or exchange.
- Sample Sale and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Returns must include the completed returns form to avoid delays.

Important Information for U.S. Customers

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, some orders may now be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and collected by the carrier — not by Tokyo Foxtrot.

While select items (Manhattan Mesh Dress Set and Gotham Lace Bodysuit and Leggings) are stocked in our U.S. warehouse and ship duty-free, others dispatch from our Australian warehouse and may incur charges. For full transparency, the dispatch location is noted in each product description.

Our garments are designed in Australia and made by our trusted manufacturing partner in China.
RETURNS POLICIES

To seek a refund for your item, customers are required to submit a return request through the on site returns portal and ship it back to Tokyo Foxtrot within 10 days of delivery.
- Please ensure your completed returns card is enclosed in your return; we are unable to take responsibility for orders that missing this information to be identified and processed.
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping; we recommend all customers to use a tracked service. We are unable to accept returns that are lost and cannot accept responsibility for items that are not trackable.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: new, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returns will be thoroughly inspected and will not be accepted if the item is worn, or showing any signs of wear (including exposure to makeup, dirt/dust, pet hair, tan, sweat, any body odour or deodorant).

All orders are issued intact with return tags, if these tags are removed, the item is ineligible for a return.

Once your item has passed our returns inspection, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Once your return has been recieved, please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed.
- Orders seeking a refund are subject to a restocking fee (UK £4.95, ROW $5.95)
RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY
- Please note that purchases made using Afterpay are not eligible for a refund.
- Returns with AfterPay/Clearpay are issued in the form of store credit or an exchange.

To exchange an item, customers must submit a return request through the on-site returns portal and ensure the item is shipped back to Tokyo Foxtrot within 10 days of delivery.

cancellations
- Please note that we do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed.
DEFECTS
- In the unusual situation that the item you recieve is defective, damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us immediately at info@tokyofoxtrot.com; we will be happy to correct it for you.
EXCEPTIONS/NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Items that are marked as Non-Refundable are not eligible for a refund and may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
- Customers are provided with an additional prompt at checkout to confirm they are aware of the conditions for non-refundable items.
refund processing
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to complete our returns process.
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you'll recieve an email to let you know if your refund has sucessfully completed our returns inspection process.
- If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method.
- Please be mindful that it can take some time for your financial institution to process and release funds back to you.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@tokyofoxtrot.com.
customs, duties and taxes
- Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are set by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- These fees vary by location and are outside of Tokyo Foxtrot’s control — we do not collect or profit from them.
- If you refuse to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned or destroyed, any original shipping fees and return/disposal costs will be deducted from your refund (if eligible).
- Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you’re unsure of potential charges.
U.S. Customers – Important Information
- Due to updated U.S. customs regulations, some shipments from overseas may now incur duties or import taxes upon arrival. These are assessed by U.S. Customs and collected by the carrier.
- Tokyo Foxtrot does not impose or benefit from these charges.
- To help minimize costs and shipping time, we are now stocking selected styles in the U.S. — including our Manhattan Mesh Dress Set and Gotham Lace Bodysuit & Leggings, which ship domestically with no additional duties. We’re working to expand U.S. stock availability as quickly as possible.
