With a bridal style bell sleeve, luxurious premium weighted fabric, and long ribboned ties; the Valentina tie top is the elevated basic you never knew you needed.
Tie and customise her to enhance your favourite features, whilst feeling your most confident and comfortable.

Model is 166cm, wearing 9cm heels and usually wears a size AU 8.
She is pictured wearing a size Small.
We suggest taking your normal size, or size up for busts that require extra coverage.

• X-Small: Best for an AU 6-8, UK 6-8, or US 2-4
• Small: Best for an AU 8-10, UK 8-10 or US 4-6
• Medium: Best for an AU 10-12, UK 10-12 or US 6-8
• Large: Best for an AU 12-14, UK 12-14 or US 8-10
• X-Large: Best for AU 14-16, UK 14-16, or US 10-12

CANCELLATIONS

• Please note that we do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

• Products available for pre-order will be dispatched according to the specified date indicated on the product page. 
• Pre-order items cannot be cancelled except in cases initiated by Tokyo Foxtrot.
• Whenever possible, we will strive to ship items promptly as they become available.
• Anticipate the shipment of your item by the committed date, we will make every effort to deliver it to you ahead of schedule whenever possible.
• If there is any change to your expected pre order date, we will notify you immediately via email. 

CUSTOMS CHARGES

• Customers outside of Australia may need to pay duties and taxes on their order

• Any customs and duties taxes which may be incurred are not the responsibility of Tokyo Foxtrot. We are unable to advise what they might amount to; as they vary depending on location.

• You are responsible for paying any taxes or duties applicable to your order.  Please make sure you contact your local customs office to find out more if you have any concerns.
  
  
• If you refuse this charge, the parcel will be returned to Tokyo Foxtrot. If this occurs, please note that the initial shipping and return shipping costs will be forfeited from and potential refund. Customers are responsible for the return costs of parcels 
  
  
• Completing your purchase indicates your acknowledgement and awareness of these responsibilities. Understanding and acknowledgement of these conditions are mandatory upon checkout. 

RETURNS POLICIES

• We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request and dispatch your return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Your order will come intact with a manual returns form, please fill this out and return the order to us. 
• Returns will be thoroughly inspected and will not be accepted if the item is worn, or showing any signs of wear (including tan, sweat, odours or deodorant).
• All orders are issued intact with return tags, if these tags are removed, the item is ineligible for a return. 
• Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping; we recommend all customers to use a tracked service.
  We are unable to accept returns that are lost and cannot accept responsibility for items that are not trackable. 
• Returns will need to be sent to the following address:

EXCHANGES

• To exchange an item, please contact us via email. Customers will be required to return the item; once the return is accepted, we will dispatch your exchanged item. Please note this is subject to stock availability and can be substituted for a store credit if required. 

RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY

• We do not offer refunds or order cancellations for purchases made using Afterpay. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

EXCEPTIONS/NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

•  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUND PROCESSING

• We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
• Please be mindful that it can take some time for your financial institution to process and release funds back to you.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@tokyofoxtrot.com.
